Courier and e-commerce partners using Order Kasi services must:

• Ensure goods handed over for delivery are legal and properly packaged
• Settle agreed fees and invoices on time

While we strive for reliable delivery services, you acknowledge that:

• Delivery times may vary due to location, weather, infrastructure, or access challenges
• Some township areas may have restricted access or delays
• We do not guarantee exact delivery times unless explicitly agreed in writing

• All fees for services will be agreed upon with business clients prior to service delivery
• Payment terms will be outlined in separate service agreements or invoices
• Late payments may result in suspension of services

To the maximum extent permitted under South African law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• We are not responsible for delays caused by third parties, incorrect address details, or force majeure events
• Our total liability is limited to the value of the service provided for the specific delivery in question

You may not use Order Kasi services for:

• Illegal goods or activities
• Fraudulent transactions
• Misrepresentation of delivery information
• Any activity that harms our systems, staff, or partners

All branding, systems, software, and content related to Order Kasi remain the intellectual property of Order Kasi. You may not copy, modify, or distribute our materials without written permission.

Your use of our services is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which complies with the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to our services if:
